This is an act of worship performed by a person in Makkah. Once the Umrah has been performed in your loved one’s name, the refund window closes. Before performance, refunds are issued in full.
Before the Umrah is performed
If you change your mind for any reason before our team has entered Ihram with your beneficiary’s name in the intention, we will refund your booking in full. Email support@umrabadal.com and let us know.
After the Umrah is performed
Once the Umrah has been performed in the name you provided, the act of worship has taken place. The intention has been made and the reward has been dedicated. There is nothing to refund at that point because the service has been completed.
This is the same logic the Shariah follows for fulfilled acts of worship. We are honest about it upfront because we would rather decline a booking than have a family expect a refund for an Umrah that has already been completed in their loved one’s name.
If something goes wrong on our side
If for any reason we are unable to perform the Umrah within a reasonable timeframe (typically thirty days), or we fail to send you the video proof, you may request a full refund and we will issue it.
Wrong name or details
If the name provided at booking is incorrect, please write to support@umrabadal.com immediately. We can update the name at no cost provided the Umrah has not yet been performed. If the Umrah has already been performed with the original name, we cannot reverse it. We can, however, offer to perform a second Umrah at a reduced rate at your request.
How to request a refund
Email support@umrabadal.com with your order number and the reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days.
