Terms of Service

Terms of Service for umrabadal.com — the rules that govern your booking and use of the Umrah Badal service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of umrabadal.com and the Umrah Badal service we provide. By placing a booking you agree to these terms.

The service

umrabadal.com offers a single service: the performance of one Umrah Badal in Masjid al-Haram, Makkah, on behalf of a named individual provided by you at the time of booking. The Umrah is performed in person by a member of our team who is physically present in Makkah.

Who may book

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to book through this site. The named beneficiary must be a Muslim. The service is intended for deceased Muslims or living Muslims who are permanently unable to travel to Makkah due to age, illness, or disability.

Price

The price of one Umrah Badal is shown clearly on the product page. The price is charged once, at booking. No subscription, no recurring charge, no hidden fees.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorise the full charge for the service. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Delivery

Most bookings are completed within three to seven days of payment. After completion, video proof of the Tawaf in Masjid al-Haram and a confirmation note are sent to the email address you provide. If you have asked us to time the Umrah for a specific blessed period, the last ten nights of Ramadan or the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, we prioritise accordingly and the timing will reflect that request.

Refunds

Refund terms are explained in full on the Refund Policy page. In summary: full refunds before our team enters Ihram with your beneficiary’s name; no refund once the Umrah has been performed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to request the performance of acts of worship for non-Muslims, to submit beneficiaries’ names that you have no authority to submit, or to misrepresent the nature of your booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking we believe falls outside the scope of legitimate Umrah Badal.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, structure, schema, and the Shariah review notes, is the intellectual property of umrabadal.com unless otherwise credited. The video proof you receive of your specific booking is provided for your private use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which umrabadal.com is operated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
